Building interventions aimed at sustainability and energy rehabilitation
GENERAL AND SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES
Financing measures that promote rehabilitation, decarbonization, energy efficiency, water efficiency and the circular economy in buildings, contributing to improving the energy and environmental performance of buildings.
Existing residential buildings in Portugal, built up to 2006, are eligible.
BENEFICIARIES
Individuals who own existing and occupied single-family housing buildings, autonomous fractions in multi-family buildings or multi-family buildings.
TYPES OF PROJECTS TO BE SUPPORTED AND CONTRIBUTION RATES
1. Efficient windows A+ (Class +)
2. Thermal insulation, provided it is made from ecomaterials or recycled materials:
- Exterior and interior roofs or floors
- Exterior or interior walls
domestic hot water systems using energy from renewable sources

- High efficiency biomass boilers and stoves
- Electric boilers coupled with other renewable systems
5. Water efficiency
